Blog Fete 2014 Vendor Sponsors

Onli Beverages sparkling water was on hand to spoil our attendees with samples of their water (the best!) and passed out additional super cute pink supplies. How adorable is their display table? The ladies enjoyed the fancy sparkling water and returning home with fabulously pink supplies!

Jessica of Everyday Part Magazine was at our event for the second year in a row! We love having her showcase her talents for our attendees. Her displays are always seasonal and beautiful. She spoiled the attendees with craft supplies, custom treats and pumpkin coffee.

Deja Vu Sweets was on hand to greet our attendees with custom Blog Fete treats! How adorable are her custom treats!?! They were not only pretty but delish. The attendees loved instagraming these beauties during the event. I can't get over the details she put into each treat. Lucky us!

This year we had the pleasure of having Ashley Brooke Designs present and have a booth for our attendees to take full advantage of! Her displays are always fabulous and the attendees loving being able to purchase their favorite ABD products so easily.

This year we were so very fortunate to have Sandy of Firefly Confections offer signed copies of her new cookbook! It's a must have cookbook perfect for Holiday gift giving. How awesome was it to have Sandy in Florida during our event!?!

Ask A Designer- Kori Clark Designs

Can you believe Blog Fete is only weeks away!  It's been amazing the last few years and I know this year will be even better! 

I am so excited to be able to come and offer you a "design help" desk, and I wanted to share a little insight as to what that means for you! I really want you to be able to take full advantage of the design desk, and I thought it may help to know before hand what you could expect, so you can get your questions and design files ready to bring with you!! 

As for a little background about me, my degree is in multimedia design, specializing in graphics and illustration. I have worked in the design field both corporately and as a freelancer on a wide variety of projects for 15 years. I have created designs and shot my own photos for a multitude of projects over the last 7 years of strictly freelancing. Some of my work has been seen on DIY Network.com, HGTV.com,MathaStewartWeddings.com, PotteryBarn.com, in Stationery Trends Magazine, Celebrate Magazine, Yum Food and Fun Magazine and more. 

As bloggers, we understand the need to provide visually stimulating content through design and photography and I hope that the "design help" desk at blog fete can assist you in taking that to another level.

Some of the items I could help you with (if needed) are : 

What programs to use for various types of designs, and how?

Questions about using Adobe Illustrator (my favorite program!)

An objective look at your branding design and ways it could be tweaked to best fit your blog/style

A sit down with your designs/logos/etc while we make tweaks or adjustments on the spot that you may be having trouble with (using my computer or yours)

How to improve your photographs in Photoshop by adjusting lighting, crispness, and more

Design ideas or design help with your blog header, buttons, and/or social media icons. 

How to layout business items like business cards or brochures and choose the best fonts and graphics

If there are other items you need help with, feel free to bring them along or email them to me the week before Blog Fete so we can sit and look at them together.

Blog Fete Day of Conference Recap

This is the final Blog Fete 2013 wrap up post which is bittersweet. This years conference was some kind of wonderful. We kicked things off with a fabulous mix and mingle which included several booth vendors that impressed the attendees and then spent an entire day hearing presentations that left us inspired and motivated.  This 2 day conference is jam packed with not only loads of information but amazing connecting abilities between attendees, presenters and sponsors.

Mixing and Mingling at the Blog Fete Mix and Mingle

We've been sharing mix and mingle photos and details for a little over a week and now it's time for some fun pics and candid shots! The mix and mingle portion of the event gives all the attendees, sponsors and presenters time to get to know one another while sipping wine and enjoying the vendor booths.  These photos captured by the event photographer, Renee Nicole Design & Photography, are some of our favorites. Renee was able to showcase what truly happens when 30 talented bloggers unite for an evening of mixing and mingling.
